Our Fees

At Kellands Hale, we are fee based, which helps to ensure that we provide impartial, tailored advice at all times.

Our initial consultation meeting is completely free. This is because we do not believe that you should pay for a service until you are sure that it’s right for you.

For one-off work, such as a specific piece of financial planning, we charge on a time basis. This is based on an hourly rate, as is standard with most professional firms.

For ongoing investment management services, there are two sets of charges. First, there is a management charge. This covers the regular reporting, monitoring, analysis and regulatory costs of your investments. Secondly, if and when extensive research is undertaken and a transaction carried out, we will charge a fee to cover the costs of dealing, plus the settlement and registration functions.

We always discuss your payment options with you at the outset and answer any questions you have. We will not charge you until we have agreed with you how we are to be paid.

If you want more information about our fee structure and how it operates, please get in touch today.
