There has been a lot to celebrate in 2025 – so much so that we wanted to share our highlights of the year with you.

We’re raising money for Cash for Kids Mission Christmas
Before we start reflecting on the year, we want to mention our Christmas charity initiative.
For the seventh year in a row, we are raising money for an important local cause, Cash for Kids Mission Christmas. This important charity helps to make sure Santa reaches children living in poverty in Greater Manchester.
We believe no child should miss out on opening presents this Christmas, so we’re doing all we can to support this initiative. Our goal is to raise £2,000 – or ideally, match last year’s total of £2,200 – by sharing the message far and wide and encouraging local people to join us in supporting families in need.

We moved to beautiful new offices in Hale
This year, our business moved up the road to a beautiful new office space in the heart of Hale village. This new office provides even more room to host our clients, and allows us to offer a local, bespoke service to those who need it.

2 new team members joined Kellands, and 2 returned
We welcomed two new faces to the Kellands team this year, and two former colleagues returned to the fold.
Mel Bailey, Administrator
Mel is a new starter at Kellands, working in our administration team to keep the cogs turning for three of our financial planners.
Joining just before the new year, Mel has hit the ground running, boasting a decade of financial services experience that she now brings to our team.
Mel is also a keen darts player, having been selected to represent Cheshire several seasons in a row. She loves arts and crafts and enjoys staycations in the UK, particularly the south Devon coast.
Rob Burrows, Mortgage Administrator
Rob joined us this year as a Mortgage Administrator, supporting clients and financial planners throughout the mortgage process.
With a strong background in financial administration, Rob ensures each case is managed efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of care.
Known for excellent organisation, clear communication, and a proactive approach, Rob works closely with lenders, clients, and internal teams to keep every application on track. From gathering documentation to monitoring progress and resolving queries, Rob is committed to delivering a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
Rob takes pride in contributing to a supportive and knowledgeable team while continually developing expertise in the mortgage and property finance sector.
Rachel Kuhoff, Senior Administrator
Returning to Kellands this year, Rachel has nine years of experience in financial services and works with us to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Rachel is an avid reader, owns a Cavapoo named Nala, and enjoys spending time with family and friends outside work.
Noreen Rawling, Senior Administrator
Another returning team member, Noreen works by Chris Bull’s side, keeping everything moving and making sure no important administrative tasks are overlooked.
She has worked with us for a total of seven years now, and we are lucky to have her!
Noreen can also be found walking her dog in her spare time, as well as travelling the world with her family.
